Bob Gano is the owner of G-Force Security and Investigations, LLC and a 1986 graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania, earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice. Bob was a graduate of the Leadership in Police Organizations in 2008 and was employed for 25 years by the Pennsylvania State Police, serving as a Patrol Trooper, Criminal Investigator, Fire Marshal, Alternate Forensic Services officer, Criminal Investigation and Patrol Supervisor, and as the Station Commander at the Gettysburg Barracks in Adams County from 2007-2010. Bob has served in Adams, Cumberland, York, Franklin, and Dauphin counties and has a working relationship with the District Attorney’s Office of each of those counties. Bob has extensive Criminal Investigation experience in all facets of Criminal Investigation, including cold-cases that resulted in the arrest and conviction of those responsible for the crime of Criminal Homicide. He also has vast experience in potential employee background investigations and internal inspections of policy and procedures. Bob has been a leader in Act 67 compliance and School Safety by attending and completing multiple levels of NASRO Training (Basic SRO, Advanced SRO, Adolescent Mental Health Training, CPTED (Crime Prevention through Environmental Design), and Supervision of an Effective SRO Program. Bob also participated in the National School Safety Summit held in December of 2018 in Baltimore, MD Bob is certified by the Pa. Department of Education to conduct Risk Assessments of school buildings and facilities.
Barry “Gus” Staub serves as a Consultant for G-Force. Gus is a 35 year law enforcement veteran, retiring at the rank of Lt. for the Pa. State Police. Gus served as the Station Commander at the York Barracks and was in charge of the Heritage Affairs Section, traveling throughout the Commonwealth to participate in discussions relative to the prevention of Hate Crimes. Gus was also a Municipal Police Officer prior to his tenure with the PSP, serving the McSherrystown Boro and Conewago Twp. Police Departments.
Craig Walker is the Vice President of Unarmed Event Security Services. Craig is a 30 year veteran of the Education Sector, with 17 of those years serving as the Athletic Director of 3 different school districts in Carroll County, MD Craig was named as the Maryland State Athletic Directors Association Athletic Director of the Year on multiple occasions.
Ralph Maiolino is the Vice-President of School Safety and Armed Security services.
Ralph served in the Pennsylvania State Police 25 years with 15 years in the Patrol Unit York Station, 5 years in the Gaming Enforcement Unit at Penn National Casino. Ralph served 2 years as a Patrol Corporal at the Troop H, Carlisle and York Station and 3 years with the Special Investigative Unit, Gaming Enforcement in Harrisburg as a Corporal.
Ralph served in the United States Army for 28 years before retiring as a Lt. Colonel. During such time, he served in the Infantry and as a Military Intelligence Officer. He was deployed 3 times overseas in Kosovo (2003-04), Iraq (2008-09), and Afghanistan (2011-12).
Ralph has been employed with G-Force since 2018, serving as an Armed School Security Officer in the South Western School District.

G-Force provides security services for Athletic events, social events, etc. All employees have had a thorough Criminal Background check performed prior to hire and such employees have been trained in de-escalation techniques. All employees are uniformed properly and easily identifiable when the client requests. Discreet security is also available when requested.
